The hotel was a little old-fashioned but was clean and comfortable. It was just a short walk from the waterfront and it also had a roof terrace where we could enjoy lake views away from the crowds. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh croissants, pancakes, fruit, a selection of cakes and biscuits, yoghurt, cereals as well as ham, eggs etc. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel is a pretty basic family run hotel, but it's clean, well looked after and has wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. It's in an excellent location just 50 meters from the Lake itself and within easy walking distance to all the main squares and buzzy areas in Desenzano - Good off street parking, quiet and safe location - would go there again.

The hotel is located in a very good area, close to the lake or city center. The staff was very kind and nice. They give a welcome dirk in the bar. The room was comfortable and with very good air conditioning. The hotel truly lived up to the 3-star rating. A very good value for the price
